About Semicolon

Semicolon is a social enterprise on a journey to transform individuals in Africa, by spurring them towards solving real problems with a focus on, technology and innovation. Semicolon achieves this by identifying talented minds, guiding them through innovative training, deploying them effectively and collaborating with them to build sustainable solutions for society.

The Problem

The initial website wasn't converting visitors into customers effectively. The design was outdated and lacked value-packed features, making it difficult for visitors to understand the services Semicolon offered.

The Solution

Based on the insight gathered from key stakeholders, user interviews, and the current website audit, we identified several critical areas for improvement. As a result, the prioritized solution includes:

■    Improved Information Architecture for easy navigation
■    Designed a modern UI for an enhanced user experience
■    An Improved Application process
■    Optimized the site for mobile responsiveness
■   Developed  a content strategy to ensure relevant and engaging information is readily available

These changes aimed at increasing user engagement, driving conversions, and ultimately improving the overall performance of the website.
